Ingredients
Ingredent | Quantity |
---|---|
Family Favourite Atta | 2 cup |
Ghee | 1/2 cup |
Sugar | 1/2 cup |
Water | 1 cup |
Dry fruits | For garnishing |
Step by Step Recipe
- Heat ghee in a large pan or kadhai.
- Add atta and roast on a low flame while stirring continuously for 15 mins till the atta turns a light golden brown.
- Add sugar and mix well. Pour in water and keep stirring continuously while the halwa cooks and most of the water gets absorbed.
- Garnish with chopped dry fruits.
- Serve warm or cold, based on your preference.
