HI-Life Maida | 1 cup |
Milk | 1/2 cup |
Curd | 1/4 cup |
Powder sugar | 1 cup |
Vanilla Essence | 1/2 tsp |
Oil | 1 tbsp |
Baking powder | 1 tsp |
Baking soda/ eno | 1 tsp |
Vinegar | 1 tbsp |
Step by Step Recipe
- In a bowl mix milk, cream, vanilla essence, and powder sugar.
- Add oil to this and mix well
- Add Hi-Life Maida, baking powder, baking soda, and vinegar. Mix well
- Now take a lined baking dish and pour the batter in it. Tap the dish to ensure there are no air bubbles in it.
- Bake the cake at 180 degrees for 25 mins.
- Can be served directly or cut into pieces and topped with chocolate syrup.
