Milk1/2 cup
Curd1/4 cup
Powder sugar1 cup
Vanilla Essence1/2 tsp
Oil1 tbsp
Baking powder1 tsp
Baking soda/ eno1 tsp
Vinegar1 tbsp

Step by Step Recipe

  1. In a bowl mix milk, cream, vanilla essence, and powder sugar.
  2. Add oil to this and mix well
  3. Add Hi-Life Maida, baking powder, baking soda, and vinegar. Mix well
  4. Now take a lined baking dish and pour the batter in it. Tap the dish to ensure there are no air bubbles in it.
  5. Bake the cake at 180 degrees for 25 mins.
  6. Can be served directly or cut into pieces and topped with chocolate syrup.
